How do I schedule my appointment?
Upon purchasing coaching, you'll receive further instructions on how to book a time for your appointment.
What will my mentoring session look like?
Mentoring with Heather takes place online by Zoom. A meeting invitation and link will be sent to you shortly after you book a session.
Prior to your appointment, I will send you a link to an online questionnaire. If you fill this out, I'll read it and prepare for our mentoring session in advance.
If you don't fill out the questionnaire, please have your questions and concerns ready to go so we can dive right in.
What about technical issues?
Please ensure you have a stable internet connection. If unavoidable technical issues disrupt our session, we will reschedule so you get the time you have purchased.
Can I purchase additional time or sessions?
Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of of more time and an appointment spot is open, you can book another session.
